7 miles PR
ran 7 miles in 1:16. that is about 11 min/mile. Ran from MLK/Lincoln to Rivera and back. the last two miles were tough. i think cycling yesterday helped. need to buy some comfortable clothes.

Congratulations.. Good luck with your prep for the SFo Marathon..BTW, if you wonder, I'm a Marathoner too..Have completed two so far (both being the Marine Corps Marathon, here in Washington, DC)..I train with a group and raise funds for an Indian charity every year doing these marathons..
